Andrew is your primary contact for all insurance and claims matters. Over 15 years’ experience with local and international insurance brokerages has allowed Andrew to understand the insurance requirements of everything from large corporate business right through to SME’s, and individual and family requirements. This experience shaped an interest in working with successful businesses that appreciate the value of reliable advice, service and relationships.
Specialties include Property, Construction and Professional Risks. Andrew is also part of the local rugby community.
Mark Herron

Mark is an experienced professional providing exceptional business management and leadership over more than 20 years’ operating one of the most successful accounting practices on Brisbane’s Northside.
It is all about the relationships. “Technical skills are important, particularly in the ever-changing business world, but you need a relationship with your clients. A relationship where you can discuss with them the moving parts. What’s new, what’s changed, the cause and effect – without these skills, the technical ability is almost irrelevant.”
Mark’s greatest asset is his ability to speak with business owners from experience, recognise issues before they become significant and offer advice in a timely and jargon free manner. Complex issues can be broken down into solvable parts and this adds value. The strength and longevity of his relationships with his clients is a testament to him and the firm.
Callum Graham

Callum works closely with business owners, individuals, and families to help ensure their insurance is properly managed and continues to reflect their changing needs over time.
He believes one of the most important parts of insurance is having someone clients can genuinely rely on. Whether it’s reviewing cover, answering questions, or assisting during a claim, Callum understands the value of being accessible, responsive, and easy to deal with. He takes pride in building strong long-term relationships and making sure clients feel supported and comfortable throughout the process.
Callum appreciates that insurance can often feel confusing or overly complicated, particularly as businesses grow and responsibilities change. He believes good advice comes from taking the time to properly understand each client’s situation and providing guidance that is practical, clear, and relevant to their circumstances.
